Made in the very traditional old Prosecco way, known as Col Fondo, with 100% Prosecco grapes, a lightly fizzy frizzante style, and bottled unfiltered, which means it is a bit cloudy. The flavours are sublime, just about the most refreshing thing you'll come across, so dry, mineral, and thirst-quenching, with aromas of freshly baked bread crusts, summer flowers, some apples, subtle citrus and a dry, long finish. And it comes under a beer-bottle crown.
