WINEMAKING: A blend of Cinsault (53%), Carignan (24%), Mourvèdre (23%). This vineyard has been farmed organically. All grapes were handpicked in three phases, and placed into lug boxes (smaller quantities mean reduced compaction and damage to the fruit) and then moved to cellar. 100% of the grapes are whole bunch fermented. Ageing takes place in old 500- litre French oak barrels for 10 months, after which it is bottled without fining or filtering.

TASTING NOTE: A charming nose of black pepper, red and black fruits and earthy spice. Incredibly pure fruit, fresh acidity and fine tannins. Elegant and grippy.
